Refund Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
If you want to get a refund, first please review our Returns Policy.  
Your refund will be processed when we receive your return package
You must send back and postmark your return package within 30 days from the purchase date. No returns made after this time frame will be accepted.

How will I get my refund?

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package.  The refund will be made to your original form of payment.
2. We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because it is non-refundable.
3. During high-volume seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
NOTE: You must contact Customer Service within 90 days from the purchase date if you have any issues with your return.

If the package tracking shows that it has been signed for, but you have not received it, please contact us and we will inform you of the contact information of the courier who delivered it to you. You need to take the initiative to contact the logistics provider to obtain information. If you insist on not receiving the package and need a refund, please contact the carrier to obtain proof of delivery failure or lost package. We will refund you after receiving your supporting documents.
